As Jedward will be telling you for the next month, it’s time to get your green cape on to show your support for the Boys in Green as they go for glory in Poland and the Ukraine this summer. And for the many who will be watching from Ireland, why not come on down to Scoby’s Bar, Hospital, Co.Limerick on Sunday 10th June 2012.
Starting at 4pm, there will be a penalty shoot-out, a competition to correctly guess the first goal scorer, a BBQ between 5:30-7:30pm and live on stage will be Bagatelle from 5:30pm. All of this is of course a build up the main event at 7.45pm on the big screen as Trapattoni, Keane, Duff and Co., take on the tricky Croatians in our opening group game of Euro 2012.
So get your green capes on and come down to Scoby’s Bar for some ceol, craic and a lot of football. There will be a prize for the best dressed supporter on the night.
Admission is €10, with a family ticket €20. All proceeds go to the Cliona Ring Foundation.
